> 3 dayIf I could give this no stars I would have. After maybe 6 airplane trips and 5 land trips the handle is starting to pull away from the body of the suitcase. There is a warranty from the manufacturer but they charge $30 to process and replace/repair the defective product. Since it is clearly a manufacturing issue as I have not misused the suitcase I find it disingenuous of them to charge so much for their lack of workmanship. If you do not stand behind your product you should stop making it!!

> 3 dayThe handle is not very firm so you cant have too much weight in it or it gets extra flimsy. Everything else is great!

> 3 dayHas to be the most ugly luggage I could buy but when I approach the luggage area, I can see them without a problem

> 3 dayBought this for a trip and it worked pretty good. It held a lot and was easy to push. My only complaint was the zipper was splitting a little bit when we picked it up at airport. I would be a little worried about checking it again.

> 3 dayThis suitcase is great! I managed to pack everything for a 7-day cruise into it and it fits the carry-on requirements. Love the 4 360 wheels--it makes it so easy to get through the airport!
