Melrose Upright Wheeled Underseater Luggage, Red, Carry-On 16-Inch

Not happy with this product. Just delivered to me, I opened it up and the zippers in the front do not work! They are stuck, the teeth on the zippers are plastic and do not work smoothly. Had to call Amazon right away and arrange for return. Now have to be inconvenienced to go to the Post Office and bring this back. My refund is pending the receipt of this piece of junk. Not buying this brand going forward.

Absolute garbage! The telescope handle broke while in airport after first use. Never buying from this company again.

I bought this in mid-November ‘22. Just did my second trip with it and quickly noticed the buttons in the telescoping handle are weak - one of them is broken and it is going to be a problem long term for functionality. Not sure during what part of which trip it broke. I am now looking to see how to get in touch with the warranty department to get a repair/replacement handle. Love the way the bag works overall though. It has totally suited my needs in every other way for my 2 trips.

This is exactly what I wanted. I have searched for something like this everywhere. I needed a bag that I could just pack with overnight things (1 night stay in a hotel) instead of dragging my whole suitcase in the hotel. This is perfect. I can put in it what I need for the night & the luggage also has zippered pockets for my travel size items like toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoos & anything else that would be needed for just the night stay. I can also slide my ipad into the front pocket because it has a pouch in the front for the ipad.

This is a gift.

For the price it is o.k. For my purpose - to carry two DSLR Nikon D800 with 24-120mm and Nikon D7200 or D500 with 18-300mm ~ This bad is a bit too large. So I bought a Samsonite Wheeled Underseater Small later.

Loved the color (red) handle easy to use. pulled quiet and very smoothly. I went thru 3 airports up and down stairs and to parking garages and had no problelms. Looked like a higher priced item than it was.

This items was nice and appears as if it will be durable. I returned it because it did not properly fit over the handle of any of my larger luggage.
