Bag is ok, I ended up returning because it just wasn’t big enough.

Perfect size. You for travel. Can hold iPad, battery pack for charging and a bottle water.

This pack is okay. Its a good size and has a lot of organization. There were two issues that disappointed me. First, this pack looked like it was a hard case, and its not. Its not listed anywhere in the description that it is, so Im not taking away for that, however its not quite a soft and not quite a hard case. The problem with that is that it doesnt keep it shape that well, but it will crease easily and the crease doesnt quite go away. There are two creases from shipping that are still there days after use. It does seem durable and the build quality seems good. The second issue I have with this pack is that the adjustment buckle for the strap doesnt hold very well. I hit it accidentally several times and the bag isnt tight against my body anymore and will slip off my shoulder. For the price, I expected a bit more, but its not a bad bag.

I ordered the gray bag, but received a red and blue bag. My son likes it, therefore I wont return it. Instructions arent clear on how to set combination lock

The bag was a little smaller than I thought as I wanted to use it for my Surface Pro tablet but it would not fit. But other than that it is a very nice bag. Lots of pockets and well made.

Plenty of inside pockets and cool outside compartments.
