Real leather with functional magnetic snaps. Good size to carry the extras to free your pockets plus more. The strap is sufficient in length and is partially leather too. The leather marks very easy, but I think that makes it look more vintage. Can hold notebooks pens and pencils and a tablet. Overall great bag.

Bag is large enough without being overly large. All of my personal items fit well and could even use it for concealed carry.

I returned one, and have the same issue with the replacement. The (I assume) oil tanning continues to rub off. The first one stained a white shirt. I scoured the reviews and posted a question, and concluded it was just a bad batch so returned for a replacement. Guess this one is from a bad batch too; Ive rubbed and rubbed with soft white cloths to see if it will stop staining. It has not. This second one is not as well made as the first either. Raw edges left on the ends of cotton webbing part of the strap, other small issues that can be taken care of, but should not have existed to begin with. Both bags were much yellower than the picture. Admittedly color differences are to be expected but that was a disappointment in the color not being as pretty as shown. So far thanks to the napped nature of this leather, what makes it what it is, I cannot find a solution to try to get the rubbing off to stop. Looking like this will be a return too. A shame; it was just what I needed and I really like the look of it.

The quality you get for the price cant be beat. I know Ive seen some reviews saying that the front pocket looks bad but its because this is a leather bag and as such the pocket has to be constructed to allow you to put things in it. (It doesnt even look bad, it just lays weird when empty) The only thing that could be improved upon would be if some business card slots and pen holders could be added but thats definitely not a deal breaker overall Im very happy with it

Its a beautiful bag . Ive bought many cross body bags , and this one is great for grabbing mail . It is not too small , nor is it too big like a suitcase . I feel that it is just right for me .

The front pocket is all folded. Not clore to what the actual picture in the add looks like. Terrible presentation.

The bag dies the job carrying books and materials and fits well in the space in my truck.
