Ive been using this product for over 30+ years.

Natural Ice is theee bast chap stick ever! For some odd reason every store in my town stopped carrying the product!!! Thank the heavens for Amazon that I can continue having soft wonderful lips!!!!

It goes on smooth not stiff like Chapstick. Also the mint is not annoying like some lip treatments that are fruity or perfumey

Natural Ice Lip Protectant is my favorite lip balm and the only one I use. It is very hard to find locally in stores so I like being able to buy in bulk on Amazon and stock up. I highly recommend this product. If you havent tried it, I would suggest you do. Natural Ice keeps your lips moisturized and soft. The balm contains SPF 15 sunscreen so your lips are also protected from the harmful rays of the sun and it prevents chapped lips. This protectant is manufactured by The Mentholatum Company so it is from a highly respected and trusted company. The balm is available in other varieties (cherry, sport, etc) but I prefer the original. Now if only they would put their ointment in a tube like the lip balm my hands wouldn’t get yucky and I would be a happy camper.

I was in search of the mintiest, most refreshing lip balm. This isn’t it. It’s good though. All of the positive reviews don’t lie. It has real staying power and really protects. It feels good, but not crazy tingly. The flavor and smell is totally wintergreen. It’s not my favorite smell or taste, but it’s not so strong that it really bothers me. It seems to heal my chapped lips quickly. You do not need to reapply all day since it stays on so well. I recommend.

40 years ago this stuff was simply called Mentholatum Lip Balm and was packaged in dark green with white type face. Every 10 years they re-package and re-brand, but reading the fine print... its still manufactured by the Mentholatum Company, in Orchard Park New York -- and yes I ordered a two-dozen box set. Should be set for a few years. Bedside table standby; cant sleep without it on. :)

So disappointed. This was my favorite lip balm for over 20 years. This is not the same Natural Ice from a few years ago. The consistency of the balm is too soft and chunks come out on your lips. The roll up knob is too loose-it rolls up on its own so then the balm is pushed into the cap.

I used Mentholatum lip balm for years and suddenly, I couldnt find it in the stores anymore. If your lips are really dry and cracked, you will feel a tingling as it takes effect to heal your skin. I find the scent pleasant, and my husband with scent-triggered allergies never complains about it. Buying this multi-pack is cheaper than buying other brands of lip balm in stores.
