I’ve been a Tumi fan my entire life. I bought this from Zappos for $950 and $1033 with taxes. Requesting refund now. This is just awful. I have a trip coming up in 2 days. I guess I’m better off going to Walmart. CHEAP and JUNKY. SEE PICTURES!!!!
