Greater than one weekI love the bands and how they fit. The only bad thing is that I expected a lighter color blue like in the picture, but is actually more of a forest green, mixed with a little dark teal. I expected a lighter blue color like in the picture so I was a little disappointed to get the darker teal color. However, other than that they fit great, and last when you are using them for sports purposes
