It is a very roomy bag. The color is really nice. It is well made with sturdy stitching. I love it!

I really like this bag -- its attractive and has the right pockets to hold my wilderness equipment. What I didnt realize when I ordered it is that the buckle in the front and the snap on the flat back pocket are magnetized. This isnt good if you want to carry a compass. With quite a bit of thought and effort, I removed the lower part of the buckle snap, which contained the magnet, and sewed the actual buckle on by itself, so that I could keep a compass in the front pocket. I decided that the back pocket didnt matter. If I change my mind, Ill just remove the lower snap as its not that important to have a closure on that pocket; but it would be better if I can leave it as it is because removing the snap will leave a hole where water can get into the bag.
