Dissatisfied with the rigidity of the top of the bag. Folds easily as photos show with just my laptop inside. Adding an iPad, lap top charger and some smaller items makes it “droop” even worse. The horizontal top bar of the bag is very thin and bent easily. After searching and researching a lot of choices I really wanted this item to work for me. When I loaded with all my necessary items I feel like I’m carrying a grocery bag made out of canvas! Maybe mine is defective? I should’ve returned immediately when I saw this problem 3 months ago. Thought I could accept it but I’m back to a standard backpack to carry my items. I’ve used it very little. Maybe there should be information as to how much weight it is recommended before the top bends. The photos and videos provided by the manufacturer don’t show this problem. Maybe mine is defective? It’s nice looking and has plenty of storage but I wasted the money. Will have to buy one with 2 straps on the side instead. Unfortunately this design is not functional for me. A more rigid bar beneath the handle would’ve solved it but maybe it adds too much weight or manufacturing cost. I’d like to hear others weigh in on this detail if it’s also a problem. Maybe the manufacturer can address this and explain? I used it once or twice. Apparently many are satisfied with it. It’s now stored in my closet. Unless I use it regularly it’ll be thrown away eventually and it’ll be a waste of money. Maybe I’ll cut open the underside and replace the horizontal stiffener and experiment to solve the problem. As a designer by profession, aesthetics, function and price must be addressed successfully to fulfill the quality of a product. It failed in function in this detail. The beauty of the bag is compromised. Maybe I’m expecting too much for the price. May be the problem. I paid too little. There’s a saying in Spanish “el que compra barato, compra cada rato.” Translation is “he who buys cheap items, will need to buy often”. I welcome others to respond. I’ll spend twice the money now to get what i want. I hope this helps your decision.

Nice bag, the top handle could be placed better as carrying it by the handle causes the top flap to pull open from the case itself. Or maybe the ability to tighten the flaps more. Either way good bag for the money.

Have been using this as my work bag for a month now. Great size and looks nice, except for the silly zipper on the flap.

Super good quality and so much space I fit my laptop, lunch box, hydro flask as well as notebooks and a pencil case with plenty of room to spare, great for teaching and really like the style
