The chain is too long for my space and is difficult to cut. I recommend it if your ceiling fan is very high up.

Simple, easy, came with the connectors. If I have any gripe, the chain is strong! My scissors wouldnt cut the chain and a razor blade wouldnt. Make sure you have something sharp with some pressure--it ultimately took my dogs nail cutter to get the job done (Im resourceful like that). Small thing, though, to otherwise good product that is as advertised and does what it is supposed to do.

Get lots of chain and plenty of extra connection pieces. Well made. Sturdy. Cant beat this.

Arrived in a timely manner and I easily lengthened my chains for 4 ceiling fans. This was more cost effective than buying individual chains for each fan. They seem like good quality chains.
