I attached these to a homemade trailer. Used the screw mounting holes. No issues; effective reflection. Not rocket science.

Very high quality. A great value. Can use as stick-on or screw-on.

Shows well in the dark

Foam peeled away with backing. Useless now. They won’t let me select zero stars.

These were easy to apply. They stick very well, but I screwed them on anyway. At night they reflect as if they were lights.

The tape seems to hold fast, but its nice to have the option of using screws. Screws are not included in the box, and the screw holes are not countersunk, FYI
