I dont know about you but using hair thin solder is an exercise in frustration! Using 6 inches of solder to make a single connection aggravates me! This is thick enough to tin my soldering iron tip quickly without pushing inches of solder. Its also thick enough to stay where you point it rather than doing the limp noodle routine. The price was better than most. I neither asked or received any goods or compensation for this review.
