I installed this on our Coleman Mach 15K BTU aircondioner on a RV. Instalation was easy (Im handy with things like this). I liked the data that the Bluetooth version gave me. Its not required information, but is nice to know. The non-bluetooth version would do the same job, but you dont get to see the feedback that the Bluetooth app gives you. Its nice that the install kit comes with this at no extra cost. Its just a few connectors and mounting tape, but why pay extra for these items? After the initial install, so far this is working well.

This far, we cannot say enough good things regarding their product or customer service. Especially their customer service! They were fantastic! We tried to cancel order because item would not arrive in time for when we needed it. They got right on it and had it out to us right away and it arrived 2 day before we were heading out in our trip. It was a very easy install. Has been working fabulously.

We purchased a travel trailer with air-conditioning and then purchased a 2000 W inverter generator to run the air conditioning. We quickly found out this was not going to work without modification to the air conditioner. I had read several articles recommending the micro air switch so I purchased it and installed it easily using the instructions I downloaded from the website. It was very easy to install. After following the instructions and programming it on shore power it works great on the 2000 W inverter generator. I have not field tested it, but I feel certain it will work fine. I gave it three stars for value, because it is a lot of money but if it works I guess it’s worth it.

I just ordered 2 of these and they were shipped very quickly. Packed well. The free install kit was a plus and I love the Wago connectors! The Bluetooth version is the only way to go. The app works great to show you what is really going on! No more blind faith in a magic box! Well worth the additional cost! Occasionally a device comes along that lives up to its claims. This is one of them. I can now run a 15.5K BTU A/C on my travel trailer from a 2200W (peak) 120V generator with room to spare. Running a microwave at the same time is out of the question but running lights, water pump, etc. along with the A/C is within its capacity. Re: Easystart 364 Installation and Operation. Excellent instructions in both written and video formats are available. If a person is methodical they can install the device fairly easily. I would suggest removing all distractions while installing though as an incorrectly placed wire could have a damaging impact. Super glad I purchased this item. The phased startup of the A/C keeps the load under 12 Amps.

This thing works great I can now run my RV AC on 110 power where it was breaking the breaker before installation. I also had a problem with the install I called their support number and He walked me through the install till we found the problem! It was my fault, a wire I got crossed on the capacitor. I highly recommend the product and service! I will be buying the units for the home air conditioner as well.

Fairly easy install using step by step downloaded directions. Can now run my 15k a/c unit using a 48 lb Honda eu2200 gen!

Tech support from Hutch is how customer service should be measured...very patient and thorough. Buy this unit direct from hutch...
