> 3 dayThe installation package came with the order it was missing a part, so I called hutch Mountain and the guy that helped me was great! He apologized for that and sent me the missing part. Great service!! The soft starter works great it cut the output down by half!!

> 3 dayThis worked great for me on my Dometic Penguin II 15,000 BTU. I watched a number of videos because none seems to exactly cover my situation. The very best was the Hutch mountain video but he never mentioned the heat pump option. Its a simple step, but if I hadnt read a number of other guides I might have missed it. So just take your time and dont start until you have cross referenced the install with multiple sources, and are confident you understand what to do. The Bluetooth interface is great - you can verify learn modes and redo if you botch it. I noticed immediately its no longer possible to detect the compressor actually starting - its startup now is super smooth. And the AC runs great on batteries now!

> 3 dayI purchased this Microair easy start in hopes I could down size my travel trailer generator needs…..It worked! I am now able to start and run my 13500BTU Coleman TT AC with either of my two light weight (47 pound) portable inverter/ generators. One is 2000W and the other is 2200W. They both start and run the AC. I sold my 100 pound generator and this system was worth every penny. Easy install and simple set up.

> 3 dayI purchased this for use with my new Generac 3300 inverter generator which would not run our 15K AC in our new travel trailer. Now it runs it with no problem.

> 3 dayInstalled on a 13,500 BTU RV air conditioner. I have a 30A RV and was would trip the breaker when trying to run AC and other high amp draw appliances at the same time (such as the microwave). Installed the Soft Start and have not had a problem since. It was easy to install for me (I have electrical experience) but I feel it would still be fairly easy for the do-it-yourselfer with limited experience.

> 3 dayInstallation is different for each manufacturer but the available instructions are thorough. The wago clips are nice but do watch out when you push the cover back on the starter (I had one come unclipped). I did use tech support via the app and email and they were prompt with responding. Dropped my start Amps from 33 to a little over 16. The test start process does take time but once it’s done, you’re done. Set it and forget it.

> 3 dayWhat can I say? The fellas at Hutch Mountain are just the best. Sure, they run a well-oiled machine that delivers on time; but to me, the real value is their product knowledge and tech support. When I had questions regarding the installation, one of the owners answered the phone. He not only knew the products, but also provided great guidance. The Microair Easystarts work as promised. We can now run one of our RVs AC units on a 15A circuit or on our generator, or run both AC units on a 30A circuit. I like Hutch Mountain so much I also bought the Microair digital thermostat and the Honda generator propane conversion kit from them.
