Its a cheap mic but it works

I received this replacement mic in the mail today to replace an old 636 Astatic mic that pretty much flopped on me. I wanted to go basic so I heard good reviews on these cheap “coffin” mics and it seems to work fine and gets the job done. Very clear sound. I’m running it with a Stryker SR655-HP so I’m having great reports of getting out and can clearly understand me. 73s.

These work just as long as the high dollar ones in our fleet of dump trucks. They are worth the money

Works like it should. Connects correctly. Button works without sticking. Handles being dropped well lol
