Touch screen lags ALOT. The keyboard is broken the connecting part to the screen is loose and detached from the keyboard and gets stuck in the screen. It broke the keyboard sensor. Never buying electronics from Amazon

This was a replacement order for same thing ordered earlier in the week. But, again, only a keyboard cover was received - no Surface. There must be a SKU error....definitely did not receive what was described. :(

i love everything about this device. It does everything I want to taking notes, and even with the pen helps so much with multitasking. The device last as it has described and I have no complains about that. Its easy to use and the best item for school. The only down side I wish I had in my package was that I received a grey keyboard instead of a black one which shows in the picture of a black keyboard no other color. Other than that I love this device. No more using paper ever again!

The screen constantly strains your eyes. I tried to type an email and after just 5 minutes, it caused my eyes to go blurry. Adjusting the screen brightness does not alleviate the problem. Complete garbage! Dont waste your money.

Amazing product

Overall this is an excellent computer. I am currently a grad student and being able to switch from a computer to a tablet makes it very versatile when I am bouncing around from room to room. The battery life isnt great but Im pretty much on it for 10+ hours a day and its gotten low but hasnt died on me yet. That being said I would recommend keeping a charger close by just in case. The keyboard feels kind of cramped and I usually will take a break every so often when typing. Lastly I find tablet mode best for reading or watching something you have already pulled up. Using the touch-pad keyboard isnt always the most responsive so I find myself having to retype things and just switch back to the computer mode. Other than these few things great computer.

This purchase was absolutely worth the buy! The quality and shape of the product was excellent! I have had no problems with the tablet since purchasing! Ease of usage, I love it!
