> 3 dayIf you frequently find yourself trying to safety pin your “too low-cut for work” v-neck top or dress, then the micro stitch is for you! This purchase literally changed my life! I’ve ruined so many tops after trying to safety pin the delicate fabric and twisting the pin so it’s hidden. I’ve also run into hard times safety pinning myself into a wrap-top romper because the little snaps always fall off - it was always a nightmare trying to repin my romper after a few glasses of wine. I love this so much. I never have to worry about wardrobe malfunctions and flying safety pins anymore! It’s quick, easy to use, provides a more flexible and almost invisible hold, doesn’t damage my clothes, AND I don’t have to worry about getting poked by a rebel pin. There are only two things about this product I would change: 1. It would be nice to have clear plastic stitches, 2. I wish there were stitches that were slightly stretchy so I could get more wear out of them.

19-11-2024I prefer this over using safety pins because now I dont get stabbed when they pop loose. I will say the break pretty easily so dont pin things that are going to be pulled on. I have used it to keep my sleeves rolled up or to make a neckline less revealing. This really is something I use every week to pin an outfit I am wearing to work or a top I am trying to wear out for date night!

> 3 dayGot this to save time while basting my quilts. If it did the job every time I pull the trigger it would be awesome. But it doesn’t perform consistently. It jams way too often and it is not a timesaver because of this. Very annoying.

> 3 dayIm not exactly one who gushes about an inanimate object. That said, get ready for some lavish applauds for the Micro Stitch. I use this great gadget almost daily and have purchased 20+ over the years. I keep one in my closet, at work, in a travel bag, etc. Ive also given scads away as presents. Each time the response is similar - How did I live without this thing? The Micro Stitch uses small plastic grommets, which are miniatures of those used to attach sales tags to clothing. Once an item is stitched in place, it usually stays until you pop it off. That may be the same day or. if its a pair of jeans, after many years of washing and wearing. (And always with no signs it was ever there!) I have used it to...anchor comforters inside duvets, cover large dry-cleaner style rolling carts in a fabric, fashion Barbie dresses. cure blouse gap, keep bra straps in place, secure scarves here-and-there for that casual look, shorten/hem sleeves and pant legs, etc.,etc., etc. Have I bent needles or jammed a gun? Yes, but only after theyve been around for a few years and gone through some brutal usage. BTW: With some practice it is possible to do an inside-stitch that CAN NOT BE SEEN on the outside. This makes it GREAT for creating hems that have a well tailored look. Gushing will now cease. :-)
