Miele got it right when it comes to an easy to change, non-mess, vacuum bag.

I figured Id spend extra money getting the brand bags, since Id probably get better quality. Ive bought Miele brand before on these. Well, guess what? Theyve changed the way they make them, and now they are cheap crap and worse than the generics. One of the seals on the bag opening was broken off and floating around loose, in a factory sealed box!! I still have one of the old ones, and I can see how Miele changed the design on the flap hinge to make it cheaper and flimsier. If it can break off in the box, I cant imagine that its going to hold up with regular opening and closing as Im vacuuming. Im returning these immediately (unfortunately, I bought 4 boxes of 8) and Im buying the generics instead, which look like they are made better than the brand, at this point. So disappointed. Guess my next vacuum cleaner wont be a Miele. EDIT: Same thing happened again! I ended up not returning them, because I was offered a replacement box. So last week, I went to change the bag and put a new one of these in. As I was putting the bag in the vacuum cleaner, the door broke off that one by itself! I hadnt even touched it, it just fell off! Miele changed the design and instead of the door being connected on both corners by little round metal things, they are now only connected in the center by a little crappy spring. The doors just fall or break off with the slightest movement, leaving just the little spring sticking out. At that point the bag is garbage. I havent been able to figure out if a repair is possible, and I searched Mieles website and there seems to be no way for a consumer to contact them. Im going to contact my local vacuum cleaner repair shop, that is an authorized Miele dealer, and ask them how to get in contact with Miele. For my next vacuum cleaner, which Ill probably buy next year, I will be asking my friends what bagless models they like. This is just unacceptable and I think Miele is probably already aware of the problem!

Ayant un C3 Complete depuis bientôt 1 an; jen suis à mon 2e changement de sac, je me suis donc dit changeons les filtres en même temps , puisque cest préconisé 1 fois par an . Jai donc pris les 2 filtres de la boite et jai dabord changé celui du filtre moteur (quil faut découper car celui fourni est trop grand, ce qui est normal, il y a des pointillés pour) puis jai voulu changer celui de la sortie qui est dans une caissette mais... impossible de louvrir ! Et là aussi cest normal, la caissette ne souvre pas ! (alors que le filtre du dessus de la caissette est bien identique à celui que jai en main), il faut en effet changer à chaque fois toute la caissette si vous voulez changer le filtre de la sortie (là aussi visiblement normal, car la caissette contient aussi un filtre à charbon qui va visiblement de pair avec le système de filtration). Au final, tout est normal... et il faudra acheter séparément une nouvelle caissette à 40/50€ à chaque fois que vous voudrez changer votre filtre de sortie. Bon, jaime bien tout ce qui est normal (vous laurez peut-être remarqué), mais la normalité à tout de même un sacré coût ! En espérant que ce commentaire vous sera utile.
