Theres not a whole you can do about it if youre buying bag refills, but these bags are not very big to begin with and design of the vacuum doesnt allow enough room for the bag to actually fill up before you have to remove it (the bag is kind of folded when installed and cannot straighten out as it gets full because the canister part of the vacuum just isnt big enough). So its annoying and expensive to buy bags so often. They are great bags - I am allergic to dust and I am super happy with the performance. They dont leak and they perform great. However if you have a dog who sheds, youll go through these bags lickety split and wish you bought a different vacuum. Thus 4 vs. 5 start.
