I work on my photo and iPad 6+ hours a day and I get so tired of straining my eyes to focus on the screen. These glasses are a LIFE SAVER and help me get the work done that I have to without straining my eyes. I am also REALLY picky about glasses and how they fit. I HATE Whalen they are tight behind the ears— the headaches are NEVER worth it — but then they can be too loose and fall off. I don’t know how they got it right, but these are so comfortable, I don’t even realize I am wearing glasses! Definitely recommend. Everyone needs these!

I had such bad headaches a few months ago. I have to stare at the computer at work, so I figured the light was too much so I bought these. It has helped so much! However, I’ve dropped them a few times and there’s a lot of scratches. I would love if they were scratch resistant or had more protection. But considering this box came with multiple pairs, I can’t complain.

I am a teacher and am now forced to be on the computer many more hours than I am used to. My eyes were have this shaky vision effect. I also was having trouble sleeping. I wear these glasses during school time and during my down time at home. They worked great! No more shaky screens, and I slept great immediately. The price is also great. The styles are really nice. Good price … nice looking. For those blue light emissions from electronics - …yeah, it may be a hype - but, I don’t think so. I wanted them to at least help my already old eyes … It IS a good idea to protect the young eyes.

Understand that blue light glasses are not to be used in the same way you use sunshades. These are primarily for reducing glare when working at computers or looking at screens all day. They do help. I noticed a slight headache when I started using them. Adjust the brightness and settings on your screen. Don’t wear the same pair all the time. You get several in the box. They do help my eyes relax and prevent the twitching from tired eyes. I work at a computer for 12 hours some days and these will help along with using good practices like having a soft light and turning down glare on screens. The fashion is cute enough to wear out if you really wanted to.
