> 3 dayWhile I prefer my coffee dark roast & black, sometimes a treat is in order. This milk frother is awesome! I wanted a stand-alone frother as I already have a k-cup brewer that works fine. I just needed the frother. This frother has 4 functions-dense, light, heat only & cold. Ive used the first two options with great success. Ive frothed both whole milk, & whole milk/half & half combined. Amazing! (Obviously, the taste depends on the milk/creamer.) As a special treat I frothed whole milk/half & half (total 2 oz combined) and a dash of Torani Classic Carmel syrup. Yep, syrup right in the frother with milk. Really delicious! Not only am I super pleased with the results, its a beautiful little piece on your countertop. Enjoy!

> 3 dayThis is an amazing gadget for coffee lovers. Works great for lattes, cappuccinos, London fog, etc. We use warm and dense option the most. Whole milk creates a perfect beautiful thick foam in just minutes. The auto shutoff feature is very useful as well. Even though you need to hand wash the unit, it is super easy and quick. If you are looking for a frother, search no further. Give this gadget a try!

> 3 dayGreat upgrade from the cheap battery operated whisk. Maybe, it would be nice for the milk to get a little hotter, but I saw that complaint on reviews for all of them. I just love how quiet it is!! Easy to clean - I put a teeeeeeny drop if dish soap and some water and turn in on.

> 3 dayI had this for a couple of months and feel that is not working as good as in the beginning. It is nice that the milk is warm for my coffee, and I do like the froth, but I notice it has changed and lighter not as fluffy. I now repeat the setting to get the froth the way it used to be.

Tips for use: Choose milk with more than 3% fat content for a better frothing effect. For best results, take the milk out of the refrigerator before starting to froth. The colder the milk, the better the foam. We suggest that the milk temperature is around 4~6°C (39.2~42.8°F).

Beginner"s tips for making milk froth with the DPJO 4-in-1 milk frother
1、The excellent milk for cafe lattes is whole milk. Why? Because whole milk has the comparatively high milk fat content and therefore froths excellent. This milk frother creates the silky smooth airy foam and wet lacquer texture characteristic of lattes.
2、Place the cup directly under running water and use a non-abrasive cloth to ensure the bottom of the milk frother and LED panel are dry.
3、This milk warmer heats the milk and adds to its pronounced sweetness. You will lose the sweetness as you increase the temperature of the milk and the proper temperature will not scald you.
4、Once your milk is poured, put the lid in place and make sure it is properly sealed. Do a few test pressures on the plunger to make sure you haven"t thrown any milk out.
