Milwaukee 49-22-4029 Tool HOLE DOZER Bi-Metal Hole Saw Set (17-Piece) with Case

Good bi-metal hole saws. Case leaves a lot to be desired in its design. Bits that hold the hole saws you literally have to pull the little red bin out then pour the contents out. I have small fingers and cant seem to pull them out while in the case. Big meaty fingered guys forget about it. Always liked the pins that slide into these hole saws as you screw them on the bit. That little itty bitty allen wrench will be lost in 2-3 days. Make it bigger for Christ sakes. What drilling into metal or wood. That hole saw has a tendency to grab and will break your wrist if not careful. Works well so far. Little expensive but needed these for a fuel tank.

This was exactly what I wanted and more. It is well built and had more sizes than I needed. The arbor fit perfectly into the key hole saws. The saws made nice clean cuts in wood and sheet rock. I highly recommend this item and the vendor shipped sooner than expected.

Purchased item thinking it would come as in picture with a good sturdy case. Comes with all items listed an really easy to remove. It all just falls right out and cant get put back together. Crap case, good hole saw. 5 star with a good case

First off these hole saws are sharp and work exactly like you hope they would from a premium brand. They are also designed in a wat that allows the puck of wood to come out fairly easy. The carrying case leaves a lot to be desired as the posts that the hole saw sit on are movable and do not stay in place well. There is also the issue of cost as these are quite expensive. Overall a great product and great for professional use. The average home owner could probably get by with a cheaper product.

I wanted to buy a cheaper set but didnt want to have issues so I went with this. So far it worked great. Wasnt sure if it would be a knock off, quality kit Made in America.

It’s made of very strong material and drill holes on thick metal plates with ease! It saves me a lot of strength since I don’t have to apply too much heavy pressure.

I bought this item because it was lower in price compared to that I found in the stores. I’m disappointed with 3 of the hole saws not fitting either of the 2 arbors it came with, the threads just simply won’t catch and screw on. Looks like I have to buy 3 different hole sizes now !

Packaging came a little messed up and everything in the box was unorganized but it was easy to fix and put together how I liked

Out of the box some of the welds on these hole saws were sloppy, with bumps on the exterior that might bind; a few of the teeth were protruding outward, generally at the seam where the saw was welded, which would cause the saw to not track well and make an oversize hole; and some of the whole saw bodies were out of round. It took me about thirty minutes to grind and tap them into a better approximation of round whole saws. That done, I wouldnt trust these for precisely sized holes (which they arent really designed for anyway), but they now work fine for rougher holes. The quick release on the arbor is nice for the larger saws. No quick release on the smaller arbor. The set comes with a couple extra drills, which is nice. They are are just loose in the box with no dedicated space to store them, which is not nice. There is an empty space in the box where the not included 1-3/4 hole saw is designed to go. Whats up with that? Overall, quite poor quality control on manufacture, and a box that doesnt fit the tools supplied, and has space for a hole saw that is not supplied. Works ok after fixing them, but why buy a tool set that needs work to clean up the manufacturers mistakes? Unless perhaps there are no better ones....

The tools are top notch. The case they come in is less than top notch. The fit of the door is less than desirable. Probably the best thing out on the market today. Would still buy it again.
