> 24 hourThe bag that I bought had a photo that showed the lettering to be M18 on the side. The bag that was delivered said M12. I complained to Amazon on their chat page and was told in no uncertain terms that an M18 bad would be sent as a replacement and that I should return the M12 bag. Guess what. The second bag also said M12. I returned that one too. I then got in touch with another seller and told him the problem through an email on Amazons message web page. The third bag was an M18. The lesson here is that if there is any doubt, say, after the first purchase, that what you received is not what you ordered, you should get in touch with the seller. This can be done through Amazon messages. There are tens of thousands of third party sellers working with Amazon, so in those cases Amazon has little control over the product that is shipped because it comes directly from the seller. Now to the bag. It is made of fairly sturdy material but the bottom is a bit weak, and will sag when loaded with tools. Also, it would be a better product if it had a few pockets on the inside as it does on the outside.
