It did not come at our promised date, HOWEVER, when it came we were delighted with it!

Its a cool device but it has two problems. 1 is that its not very visible unless its very dark. 2 is the speaker really sucks. They should have added a Bluetooth option so you could use your won speaker.

I looked at other knockoffs and new right away this was the one I needed to get. It works exactly as is descripted. Yes it lights up well in daylight. The pumpkin will keep going through all the modes, I just turn down the volume all the way so i dont hear it when i dont want to. It does have a lot of animations including songs. Cant wait for Halloween to show it off on my porch.

Be aware that if you are buying the model with 45 minutes of programming, it is the old version. The new version has 70 minutes. If you are being charged $59.95 for the 45 minute version, you are paying full price for the old model. This is according to the manufacturer, Mindscope.

This thing is really neat! We sat around and listened to its different stories, songs, jokes, and more for a good hour! It was really worth the money and the kids love it!
