I bought this for my 5-year-old daughter because it was small and visually appealing. I found out later that smaller board are more difficult to learn to ride than the regulation sized boards. She can still ride it but I think I would have ordered a regular sized skateboard had I known that before.

Had a scary accident at home where the garage was released and the board rolled out underneath as the door was falling and the board caught the garages fall!!!! Other than that...my daughter loves it and is already rolling around☺️

Solid and heavy molding, bright coloring--just like the photos-- and quality machined parts. Wheels are also extremely well made and balanced. Love the old school design. Santa brought this one for my daughter and were still in awe of the, uh... elves workmanship! Comes with a tool for adjusting the wheels.

this pennyboard/mini cruiser is amazing! when it is gliding across a smooth surface it sounds like wind, when it is rolling on wood it is quiet but loud enough to wake someone up. the wheels are very soft, so if you drop your board on hardwood floor if will not damage the floor due to the soft rubber wheels, it also did not have a strong plastic smell. i recommend for beginners 100%!

My daughter loved this, sturdy enough to even hold me but light enough for her to pack around. Beautiful colors and patterns too.
