First time using this item and this is what happened smoke and almost caught on fire

Works as intended and hasnt broken.

I bought this mini press I was so excited that he came to me to start design shirts I plugged it in and it started to smoke, I got really scared, I immediately unplugged it and saw that it really melted and fell apart. I was terribly disappointed and of course I bring him back.

I used this to put names on stockings. This is so much cheaper than the cricut brand mini press-and it works perfectly. I do have a large clam shell heat press. However, I can keep this mini press for quick, small jobs. I do not have to drag out the big press and wait for it to heat up. This is so much quicker and easier. I also do not have to worry about it melting the rest of the product. Amazing and affordable purchase!

I bought this 8 months ago thinking it was the cricut brand and only used it a handful of times, but it just stopped working! It would turn off after only being on 2 minutes then it just stopped turning on all together! I am bummed because when it did work it worked well!

I have a regular size heat press but it takes forever and seems to heat up the whole house… This lil gadget is fabulous especially for smaller items… it doesn’t take long to heat and does a great job!! Wish I’d seen this sooner!!

I purchased this in May and it stopped working today. How do I return it for a refund or replacement?

Successfully used for quilting and Heat Transfer Vinyl so far!

I didn’t use it for anything. I would like to return it.
