Disappointed - I bought this PC for the Windows 10 installed. Reason being my printer will not work on Windows 11. Well, guess what - I got Windows 11 and now cannot use my printer.

I sold my desktop 2 years ago and was using my Asus Zephyrus G14 connected to a 23” monitor, since. My desk space is limited and the laptop was kinda messing with the feng shui and ergonomics of my set up.

I added 2x 2TB SSD SATA 3.5 drives instead of the HDDs. They work perfectly. I have all my info on this baby and reference it remotely from my laptop which syncs all my data files. It travels with me when I go south for the winter whereas before, I had to duplicate my data in order to have access.

After only a week of buying it. It starts to sound too loud as shown in the video. Im disappointed!

This is an amazing little pc. Its incredibly small, but blows my (admittedly 7-year old) previous PC out of the water. Its lightning fast and does everything I want without a giant ugly box on my desk. Its whisper quiet, and I have yet to notice it making any noise. It starts up right out of the box (I bought it with a disk and memory pre-installed) and has never once had an issue since. It found my wifi, connected all my devices, and runs everything I want at amazing speeds. It even has a built in GPU and runs almost all games at HD resolution at 40-70 FPS. If you want to do full on HD gaming or use the latest and greatest 3D games at 1080P with the highest settings youre probable better of with the Minisforum Neptune line (with stronger GPUs) but this will work fine for almost anything else.

This is a good value product. I bought the 256 with 8GB RAM I choose this option because I know that its very good for upgradability for the future. I dont need all that top tier version for now, lucky now the mini pc has one stick of 8g which makes it super upgradable its performing very well. I love the fact that this mini pc comes with a sate connector and a space to install a 2.5mm drive , There are some key points when buying this product though. First is that it is equipped with Ryzen 3750H. Though its a Ryzen 7, its actually just a quad core with 8 threads but still better than 7th gen intel products. Second is that though it comes with 8GB of RAM, only 6 is usable because the integrated graphics takes up 2GB. Third, it has a smaller number of ports compared to the competition. It comes with 2 ethernet ports but if youre like me who only uses WiFi then those 2 takes up much of the space in the back of the unit. It would be better if its equipped with another type-C port behind and a couple more type-As. I suggest this product for any people who wants mini size with a big punch of power. because I no other intel competitor can beat the speed of this. this e a lot faster than intel . Speaking of shipping, it came in with good cushioning but some corners are unprotected because the cushioning did not cover it all very well. The box has more insulation inside so the product would probably still be safe. Nothing else makes me mad about this. this product was designed very well.

AMD does support thunderbolt but minisforum doesnt support it with their drivers or BIOS. USB4 support is lacking as well.

In the past I used high end gaming laptops, for my stock trading, as they could handle multiple monitors. This MINISFORUM caught my eye as it could display up to 4 monitors. So far only using this with 2 monitors, trading platform, microsoft office, and video conversion tools. Its been up and running for a month now, and hasnt disappointed me yet. If you need many USB ports, I suggest getting a USB hub to attach to this small unit. It doesnt take long to fill up those USB ports! (wireless mouse dongle, wireless keyboard dongle, headset, microphone, USB storage device, USB stick, etc.)

Ive been using this box for a few months now. It is quiet. Quick Bootup. Good video quality. I havent used it for any gaming hence cannot comment on gaming performance. My intention was never to use it for gaming. Mounted on the back of the monitor, it utilizes no real-estate on the desk. It stays cool and quiet for most of my browsing and streaming activities.
