I like the large opening. It makes it easy to fill with ice, then top off with water. Has some insulation so it will stay cool all day. Trick is to hold the hose up and squeeze the valve after taking a drink to drain the hose. If you dont, your next drink will start with a slug of warm water. Lots of storage for snacks and other items. Cover on end of hose keeps it clean. Just used mine on several hikes in 3 national parks.

Great material, very durable compare to other small bags I have bought. The water bag is also great and I like the fact it has the cover on the hose as well as how it goes into the bag to keep it at face reach.

I love this pack! The reason I got this pack is to take on hikes. I have a dog that goes with me and the large pouches to store stuff is super nice. The bladder works nicely, and I just really love the design of the pack. In the front zipper pouch am able to carry a travel first aid kit! I could easily fit more stuff into this than I originally thought. Where the bladder is. I can fit one 36 oz water bottle, plus two 24 oz water bottles. Just to give an idea of how much space is available in the large pouch. I know in other reviews there were complaints about the Blue Line Law Enforcement flag, personally I love the flag! I work in Law Enforcement and think its neat that this particular bag came with it. Furthermore, I like to add to that the flag is 100% removable and a person could place a different patch if desired.

I like it it was good , used it for a hunting trip and the water bladder was very nice

Seems to be solidly built. I have 2 of them and they work very well.

Just wish it had more pockets but great for a quick hike or edc for a change of unders and a shirt with a few snacks
