> 3 dayGood price and quality. Be sure not to spin it too fast. I would recommmend 800-1000. I usually use 980rpm.

Greater than one weekI have missed my return window and I cant find where to contact the seller so I will start with this review. I have used many Mitutoyo edge finders over my 24 years of machining and most of them are awesome and last a very long time even through crashes or minor mistakes. This last one which I bought off of amazon was not very good. It worked well for a few weeks and then I began to notice that it would not repeat so I went through the process of checking the machine and it was fine. I grabbed another edge finder and it repeated just fine. so my conclusion was that this edge finder is now no good. I got approximately 4 weeks out of it and usually a Mitutoyo edge finder will last a few years when using it daily. I would really like to have a replacement if anyone sees this who can make this happen. I like the Mitutoyo brand and Im sure I just got the one lemon.
