> 24 hourRapid fast, repeatable, accurate, and coolant proof! This thing blows the original Digimike out of the water it is soo good and that was a great mic. These are faster and more repeatable with less effort.

> 24 hourIt doesnt get much better; accurate to half a tenth. I defy people who claim it works without batteries to explain how.

> 24 hourFit and finish is amazing. Accuracy is dead on. My inspection report had measured values of 0 across the board, and gage blocks confirm it. I wish there was an on off button though, but it has a 20 minute auto shut off and you can use the thimble lock to keep it from turning on from bumps. Overall very impressed, glad I went with this over a cheaper option.

> 24 hourVery useful in a home shop when one is constantly measuring and checking dimensions in both imperial and metric measurement. The Quantumike has a faster screw than most other mikes, which allows faster measurements to be made. Due to its accuracy, one needs to occasionally check the zero and to clean the tips. I find using a single sheet of paper and closing the tips onto the paper is a very effective way to clean the anvils of fluids or chips. Its amazing to measure things to tenths of a thousandth with little drama. Yes, one can do that with many old school micrometers, but this unit has very good display quality, which is helpful in poor lighting and declining eyes. Its very handy to switch from imperial to metric at the push of a button - no more calculator blunders.

> 24 hourA little clunky compared to your basic vernier mic but the speed and smoothness of the barrel and the ability to read the display and move on vs having to calculate the reading on a vernier scale makes a little clunkiness worth it. Haven’t dropped it yet. When I do I’ll report back on its durability.
