These are real and is a very nice tool. I have had these for a year and have no complaints.

This caliper is top notch. I build plastic injection molds, and when I can use a caliper the Mitutoyo ip67 is among the very best. Tough enough, consistent, and smooth.

Good price . I checked the normal things to make sure it is not a clone. They feel nice( not grindy and cheap ) the serial numbers match the inspection certificate. The battery in the package and the number on the package matches. I even tested them against gauge blocks and they are spot on!

At the time of writing this review (late 2021) this caliper is the cheapest coolant proof caliper in the line up of good quality measurement tools. Ive had several Mitutoyo calipers, so quality was no concern when it came to buying this coolant proof one. I will say the market is saturated with fakes of Mitutoyo, but this one is legit! It is solid, repeatable, battery lasts well, and accurate. Ill often check it to micrometers, or stack up gauge blocks and a test indicator, and I havent ever seen it measure off more than .002. Ask anyone that actually knows about checking parts, and they wont trust calipers to less than .003-.005.

use this daily in a professional setting. always accurate and easy to read. like most things in the world, you get what you pay for. would certainly recommend.
