This unit is built very well and does exactly what I needed! If your RV is a 30amp hookup, having this unit will allow you to hook your 30amp cable up to a 50amp service on the power pole. We ran across a couple of spots in the fall that only had 15amp or 50amp on the pedestals and the 15amp was just not sufficient for our campers needs. This would have saved the day. The overall quality looks to be good and it also has a light that comes on when you are connected (for that extra little piece of mind). It is NOT a surge protector, so you will still need that to be inline in order to have any surge protection.

Not much to say about this adaptor plug. It’s exactly what I needed and works great. Molded plug ends and decent quality at a decent price.

I have multiple power adapters for my rv and this is the design I like best. I like the handle and pigtail because it makes the use of it that much easier. In reviewing the manufacturer quality and quality of materials I would rate both as excellent. It does not look cheap by any means and is ETL rated. I also like that it lights when power is applied- I love this feature on extension cords as well.

This adapter gets the job done and fits snugly to 30 amp outlet. It is a good length and should serve us well when we camp.

With the price of full size RV extension cords this was an easy cheap fix to use a cheaper extension cord and keep my camper charged up. NOTE: this is only good for 15amp, so only really useful for charging battery and some usage in cooler weather when the AC is not needed and everything else is running on gas. Handy to have

The product itself is great, has a power indicator LED that I always like, heavy gauge molding on both connectors, overall a nice pigtail adapter.

This works for me to plug the rv into the outside house outlet in winter to run a space heater and battery charger. It has an led built into the end as a quick check to be sure power is on. Plug is heavy duty and is very flexible

I got the 30 amp RV - 15 amp female plug. I have a 30 amp RV outlet on the side of my house and this adaptor lets me use that outlet to power regular 15 amp tools and lights from my 30 amp outlet. I have been setting up a small workshop on the side of the house and can use this outlet without having to run a new circuit.

Its a little longer than some and its cord has about the same flexibility as a regular 30 amp RV cord. The grip is a good handful and the 30 amp side has a lighted power indicator. This can be a better solution than the simple (usually black) 30F to 15M adapter especially when using the small one puts the 30 amp RV cord at some weird angle that stresses the 15 amp outlet. The wire gage of the conductors couldnt be assessed without damaging the adapter.

I bought this because we have an outside 30a outlet box. This allows you to convert the 30a plug to 15a female to use your outdoor cords on which is very convenient. I like that the cord is flexible and lighted on the end, I can tell if the outdoor breaker is turned on with a quick glance vs looking under the cover. Great product.
