MMOBIEL Home Button Compatible with iPad Mini 4 7.9 inch (Black) incl Screwdrivers

First of all, the parts in the picture are not exactly what included in the package. Second, the home button with A1566 has bigger back plate but this came with a smaller one that does not match with ipad. Touch id is another issue; they should say that the button does not come with touch id! Disappointed! Wrong picture and does not match with A1566

So glad I bought this kit! The included gaskets and Mount had the glue preinstalled so it made the replacement job so much easier! I will probably buy this kit again, even if I don’t need the button, just to get mounting parts with the preinstalled glue. It just makes the job so much easier!

The home button cable itself is too long and there wasnt any comfortable way to fit the cable inside. Also, the gasket that holds the home button in place was the wrong size. I couldnt figure why it was such an uncomfortable fit, but unfortunately I thought I had gotten it close enough and closed the iPad. Because of the uncomfortably long home button cable the screen didnt close quite correctly. Also, because the gasket did not fit- the moment that I tried pressing the button the whole assembly inside just dislocated. Now, the screen fits the iPad uncomfortably and somehow the power button wont respond to?? Overall terrible, Im only buying parts like this from eBay every amazon seller makes garbage.

New purchased home button installed and recognized, as screen said Touch ID disabled, but it still doesn’t function as a home button.
