I received the flex cable the next day and pretty much it was plug and play and it worked just fine no problems. I didn’t receive the 2 tools shown but no big deal majority of those are pretty trash anyways

Not idea why whoever packed the cable would fold it in half, with a sharp crease, when it would have fit with plenty of room in tbe bag it was shipped in. No idea if it worked or not. Its too time consuming and potentially expensive to open a surface tablet to switch it out if it didnt work. I sent it back immediately. You cant crease the ribbon in the tablet, why would you ship folded and creased?

I was taking off the screen of my surface pro you know doing it all the touch part on my surface pro went dead in some spots so I got this put it in nothing change but actually went worse then I put back in the old one and it gets better better than before so I dont know
