> 24 hourThis unit was very easy to install in our not-very-new bathroom and offers a very classic, refined look. No complaints. The instructions were clear (especially when supplemented with online videos) and it hasnt given us any problems yet. Hopefully the quality will live up to the brand name (and price!).

> 24 hourGot this to complement Kohlers Purist line, which I have in the shower. Much more reasonable price for a good, quality faucet. Style is just what I needed

> 24 hourThis is a really gorgeous faucet. Im not usually one for shiny chrome because of fingerprints. But there was a real ooh factor when I opened the box. The faucet is heavy, indicating quality. I love the little handle on top. Its easy to turn. And there are two colored dots (blue and red) under the handle to indicate which direction to turn the handle for hot and which to turn for cold. I find it unnecessary because hot is universally left and cold right. But it might come in handy for a someone with children I suppose. The faucet is all metal, no cheap plastic in the cartridge. Ive had a Moen cartridge that leaked after a few years and since I had the receipt, I was able to get a new cartridge free of charge. Below is the warranty, which I know they honor. Make sure you keep your receipt! Seriously, take a picture of it and keep a digital copy. They wont honor the warranty otherwise. Moen® products have been manufactured under the highest standards of quality and workmanship. Moen warrants to the original consumer purchaser for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns their home (the Warranty Period for homeowners), that this faucet will be leak- and drip-free during normal use and all parts and finishes of this faucet will be free from defects in material and manufacturing workmanship. All other purchasers (including purchasers for industrial, commercial and business use) are warranted for a period of 5 years from the original date of purchase (the Warranty Period for non-homeowners). If this faucet should ever develop a leak or drip during the Warranty Period, Moen will FREE OF CHARGE provide the parts necessary to put the faucet back in good working condition and will replace FREE OF CHARGE any part or finish that proves defective in material and manufacturing workmanship, under normal installation, use and service. Replacement parts may be obtained by calling 1-800-289-6636 (Canada 1-800-465-6130), or by writing to Moen Incorporated, 25300 Al Moen Drive, North OImsted, OH 44070-8022. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) from the original consumer purchaser must accompany all warranty claims. Defects or damage caused by the use of other than genuine Moen parts is not covered by this warranty. This warranty is applicable only to faucets purchased after December, 1995 and shall be effective from the date of purchase as shown on purchasers receipt.

> 24 hourHavent installed yet because I need to get sealant putty for the new drain. Very high quality and stylish. Looked over the instructions and they seem to be thorough and detailed enough. Looking forward to switching out my first faucet and drain.
