Absolute junk! I have been mounting towel bars, etc. for 50+ years. This product is of very low quality and the mounting system is absolute garbage. Yes, it is easy to install: Just drill a couple of holes at the correct spacing and mount the flimsy plastic pieces that grip the die cast ends. Snap the die cast pieces on, and voila! You have a towel bar that literally pulls away from the wall with the weight of a couple of Turkish towels. If any child pulled on the bar (which they commonly do), the bar would probably pop off the wall completely. The documentation says the end pieces are zinc, but they are actually a zinc alloy commonly called base metal. (That is what recycled materials are used for.) The finish is supposed to be oiled bronze, but it is actually a painted imitation with painted highlights. Very cheesy looking. I regret buying them, but they match the hotel shelf that my wife likes so they will stay for now. If they break I will file a claim with Amazon.

As many have stated the towel bar and ends themselves are very nice but the anchors are garbage. Unfortunately, I did not take the advice and use the included anchors for the initial installation. After hanging one bath sheet, the bar ripped out of the wall. Loved the look for the few hours that the bar hung on the wall.

Purchased a couple of these towel bars since they were the same line as my faucets. What a mistake! We opened the package and read the vague installation instructions. Were engineers, and often write user instructions so we know how to read and write them. Moen does not. Awful unclear vague confusing installation instructions. So we looked online, oh! Moen has an installation video. The video shows how to install your Moen accessories with this special Moen tool that did not come with the hardware. Because we all want to purchase our hardware, receive it, and THEN discover a special tool is required. It says optional but theres no template (come on, Moen, you couldnt include a paper template??), theres ZERO room for error, the little plastic mounts (yes, PLASTIC!! Gee Moen did that save YOU money??) are not easily adjustable, so trying to install it without their handy tool is asking for disaster. These look nice. The mounts are cheap and will wear out quickly because clearly quality is NOT important to Moen. The towel bars are nice. Too bad the cheap plastic mounts are cheap plastic.

Received them as the delivery date stated. Very nice towel bar with easy to install hardware for them. I did have a problem with one of the ends not wanting to click on. Ended up taking it all off and doing it over. A pain since it damaged the drywall and had to be repaired before I could remount it again. The other ones worked like a charm though. The finish on them is also very nice.

Purchased my home four years ago and did not purchase additional towels bars at the time. So pleased that Amazon had them for purchase. They match perfectly.

These are very sleek, pretty towel bars by Moen. The quality is great, what I would expect of Moen. They are very easy to install. They are the perfect addition to match the brushed nickel fixtures I already have in my bathroom. Very elegant, sleek and pretty to look at.

Could have had a bit more curve for larger towels. Nice deaign.

I am using Brushed Nickel Eva throughout the house. Love the look and feel and cant beat Amazons price.

Good looking and good quality on the actual hardware, Im not 100% sold on Moens new plastic mounting base which is concealed behind the towel bar. We are used to using the old metal base plate with small set screws. Now the hook / towel bar snaps onto a plastic mounting plate. One of the hooks wouldnt snap & lock into place and the plastic mounting plate finally broke after I tried to adjust it. Amazon did send a replacement but its a hassle when this is my business. I specialize in kitchen and bath remodels and Ill be anxious to hear feedback from my customers on how durable this new mounting system is.
