Moen YB5486WR Kingsley Bathroom Hand -Towel Ring, Wrought Iron

I love this towel ring! At first I thought it was a bit flimsy, but once its installed on the wall, its totally functional and looks SO GOOD! It pairs well with the Moen Weymouth faucets.

I really like Moen products but the two towel rings I purchased are defective. After anchoring the mounting brackets to the wall and then fastening the rings to the bracket I immediately noticed that the rings were not properly aligned with the mount. The rings are crooked by about 10 degrees. You can wiggle the ring to straighten it but it just returns to the previous position. I have uploaded a picture to the product to illustrate the problem. I have not seen any other reviews with this complaint so perhaps the problem is restricted to only a few of the inventory with the oil rubbed bronze finish. I cannot stand having hardware that is not square and plumb so I chose to return the towel rings to Amazon.

the fixture is great quality, however the mounting hardware is just plain stupid.

Product arrived in great packaging in great condition. The towel ring feels very solid - feels and looks high quality. Install was straightforward and easy. would recommend.
