> 3 dayGreat product, works just like the original plug. Works with my alexa app and paring was easy. Love that it dims my laps too! Perfect product to use for your lamps to give it that perfect atmosphere feeling.

> 3 dayI like the convenience of not having to get up from my comfy couch to turn on a lamp. The app works well and allows you to easily adjust the brightness.

> 3 daySetting up the device took a bit of trial and error, but once it was set up and I had Alexa integration figured out, it worked mostly flawlessly. The fading between brightness is a very nice touch. Very often though, the plug seems to disconnect from the network or not respond to commands, despite having tried multiple 2.4GHz routers. Overall the plug works as intended and has been a great addition for my accent lighting in my bedroom. I have it hooked up to an incandescent lamp for my bedside lamp and have a command that when I say Alexa, Night Mode it will activate the lamp at 25% so that I dont have a tragic trip-and-fall-over-my-dog incident at night while also not blinding anybody. Very useful tool overall when it works.

23-11-2024I have set up this plug to run some outdoor lights for me. I was able to program the RGB on the plug itself so that I know whether the outside lights are on or off without having to go out and look. The programming is very simple, the app is pretty great for these type devices - way better than most. Ive been using this plug for 2 and 1/2 months now and its worked flawlessly. 5 stars.

Greater than one weekI bought a 3-pack of these smart dimmers. I downloaded the Moes App configured one of the modules but couldnt get it connected to Alexa. I reconfigured it using the Smart Life app and then the plug connected to Alexa automatically. However, while Alexa could turn it on and off, it couldnt dim the lamp — the bulb just flickered until I reduced the brightness to 15% at which point it went out all together. I checked to ensure the bulb was indeed dimmable by plugging the lamp into a TreatLife dimmer and it worked as expected. I re-plugged it into the Moes module then tried dimming by using the manual switch on the plug module itself but got the same flickering result with no dimming. In addition, it took 5-8 seconds to turn out the lamp when I told Alexa to shut it off. Thinking I must have received defective modules, I contacted Amazon and asked for replacements, which they sent immediately. Sadly, the replacements exhibited the same behavior as the originals. I contacted Moes Customer Support and they told me to use the Moes app. Perhaps that would work, but since I cant get Alexa to talk to the Moes app, it doesnt really do me much good. So I plan to use the Moes modules as On/Off (non-dimming) plugs and live with the delayed execution of the OFF function. For that purpose they are adequate. Moes did contact me and offered to pay me $20 for my trouble. However, they would do so only if I removed my Amazon review.

> 3 dayReally liked the Moes smart dimmer plug when it worked. Ive had the device for 2 months to the day before it stopped working. The plug stopped working and Ive reset the plug 3 times since I got the plug 2 months ago. Now the plug will not reset at all, it does not go into programing mode. With power to the plug lamp does not come on at all. Was a total let down , I feel ripped off.
