> 24 hourI installed this rack into a coat closet in a horizontal orientation. It fit perfectly between two existing shelves, and was very solid once I screwed it in. Just enough space for a fiber modem, router, switch, patch panel, PoE switch, and a shelf with two Lenovo tiny desktops converted into VM hosts. The 6U model claims a 44 lbs load capacity. If properly attached to solid wood, I expect that is a very conservative rating. It seems pretty solid, and the hinge joints didnt feel weak (although technically, that would almost certainly be the failure point if overloaded. Disclaimer, I am not an engineer.) Overall, Im happy with it.

> 24 hourUsed the 1U mount to vertically mount a a 1U PoE switch on the wall so that the front of the switch is on the side, not bottom or top. Very sturdy an unobtrusive. The folding feature does not effect sturdiness at all as the mounting screws secure the parts that fold. Has all screws and cage nuts needed to mount the device in the rack (if the device has standard rack mount brackets) but you may want to use different screws for the wall mount depending on what surface youre mounting to. For the wall mount it has standard keyhole type mounting holes.

> 24 hourI bought this to use with a rack mounted PDU for under my desk. It was easy to install, seems really sturdy, and ended up being a great way for me to hide the chords under my desk. It comes in a single piece that unfolds to install so there’s no measuring or complication to get it installed. It’s intended as a vertical rack mount, so they include a level to help make sure it properly mounted on the wall. Overall I’m pretty happy with it and would recommend it if you think this would be useful for your setup

> 24 hourThe rack itself is fine, but the provided desk mount screws each broke while trying to secure to a birch desktop. Not a big complaint, but a bit annoying. If I tapped the screw hole it would have been fine, but the screws seem a bit cheap and self-tapping screws would have been nice.

> 24 hourGreat rack for my little home network setup! A great addition to clean up my “network closet”. Fits standard 19” gear with no trouble at all! I was a little worried that this was going to be flimsy, but I was very wrong. I actually mounted this a little differently than what was intended (technically it is upside down), but it works better than I could have hoped for! The included hardware was a little disappointing (the mounting screws feel a little cheap and there is only 1 set of cage nuts and screws included), but it’s really not that big of a deal. I’d buy this again without hesitation!
