I also use a regular keyboard, instead of my laptop keyboard. This stand provides the space I need to fit everything & allows me to store my notebook and stapler and things under the stand.

This is better for a laptop. I thought the stand was very well made, though, and easy to put together. The price was decent as well. I was kind of sad I need to return it.
