> 24 hourBought these for my 10 year old son who did not know how to roller blade at all. He took interest after going to a skating rink with his cousins, but didnt know how to skate and wanted to practice on his own. I took a chance with the blades as I heard they were easier to use verse the roller skates. As soon as I got them he put them on and started practicing. He was skating around the house, fell a few times, but literally a few hours later he was skating without holding on to anything. Now he plays outside with them. I am amazed for one, at the quality of the skates and two, how fast he learned to skate using them. I highly recommend them.

> 24 hourThis is our second set of adjustable inline skates and they are great for these kids that grow like weeds. My daughter absolutely got the most out of her inline skates for many years and we were happy to get these for our son to use (who was learning on roller skates with 4 non-inline wheels). These adjust and fit him well and the inline wheels are good enough and spin well enough. These are not professional racing skates with professional smooth wheel bearings of any sort, but they are perfect for any kid learning to inline skate. These are great buys!

> 24 hourI could tell when people skated by the house that she wanted to skate too, but there was no way I was going to spend what blades cost for her to outgrown them in 20 minutes. The adjustability of these are their best feature. The skates are more than good enough for kids and will fit them for a loooooooooong time. Good ankle stability which is very important. Shes just learning, so shes still carpet skating, but I have no doubt that these will last beyond her first foray onto hard surfaces.

> 24 hourI ordered these roller blades as a starter pair for my daughter, who is a size 1 youth. They are true to size and easily adjustable. They fit and work well. Wheels needed a little bit of adjustment to spin smoothly and continuously, but that is a normal action for any new pair of blades. Definitely comparable to my sons name brands.

> 24 hourI got these in size Medium for my 7-year-old (who’s small for his age.) They fit him on their smallest setting, so I expect he’ll get a lot of use out of them. He really likes them. He usually goes barefoot or wears minimalist, foot-shaped shoes, so I was concerned that he’d find these uncomfortable, but he says they’re comfortable. The toe box is wide enough that it doesn’t squeeze his toes, which is important. Here’s a top view photo so you can see that they’re a good comfortable shape, not fashionably pointy like too many shoes are these days. They’re pretty easy to adjust and put on. Also, they seem zero-drop (no elevated heel) so he’s as stable as he can be on skates. I wondered if the lights, being powered by movement, would slow down the wheels, but they don’t seem to. The wheels spin freely enough, so the lights must be very efficient. Even on our living room floor, which looks basically flat, he kept rolling downhill when he didn’t plan to, so these wheels turn at least as freely as they need to. Skating skill is not included. Make sure you get a helmet and a set of skating pads, too.
