Montessori Small Movable Alphabets w/ Box

After buying a movable Alphabet from another company for half the price of this one, I decided to get this one, too, to compare. When I compared them, this product was obviously far superior. The paint is applied differently. And the letters are about twice is thick. Even the box is so much nicer. We have their cursive movable alphabet as well. And it is also beautiful and high-quality. My budget allows for this over the other, so I’m happy to keep this one and trust that it won’t be easily damaged.

I home school my 5 year old and we have found these letters to be a huge help in reading and spelling. We use them in addition to copywork with her mcguffey primer. Its always fun for her! Totally recommend if teaching reading and spelling.

We love it. very good quality and nice box. the only problem is my kids cant tell the B, D and P apart.. M and W are hard also when putting them away. but we are getting better with that. all in all great choice.

Cant praise this enough! Love it wish I had known about this for my oldest child. Its a wonderful leaning tool that even the stubbornness child will love to play use it.

I used these beautiful little alphabets for years as a Montessori Teacher. They are made to withstand use by many children over a long period. Since most children doing early learning at home only use them while doing early phonics word building, they are overkill for most parents except the wealthy. Better to go to Montessori Print Shop or Montessori For Everyone and purchase a downloadable, printable set that comes with full instructions. These letters are wonderful. They are smooth and feel great in your hands. They are not terribly thick, but they look like they will last if used as a learning tool. My 5 y.o. has been surprisingly interested in the games we play with them. Great for reading/spelling practice.
