One of the carry-on wheel broke in the middle of my flight and created a hassle only at second time using it. Never checked the bag or over-weighted it. Only used as carry-on. Warning about their RETURN POLICY, you have to pay to return the bag! And obviously the cannot fix a broken wheel and it not covered by their policy! Big regret that I neglected all those negative reviews and fooled by the cheap price, Indeed it is cheap quality.

We got this set for our son for Christmas for his trip to Orlando earlier this month. They have been used on two trips so far and I was surprised that they didnt look worse after being thrown around as bags typically are by airline baggage handlers (cant blame them, its a tough job). Based on their current condition after two trips I expect these to last for years and still look decent. I would recommend this set of luggage.

I bought this product and used just once. During my trip on the way, I found that the luggage was cracked from the wheel and could not roll at all. I was having hard time during my travel. I tried to register the product and claim for the maintenance or repair and displayed as Out of warranty message and offered 10% discount promo code even though it was bought on December 2022.

Good luggage, nice design.

My suitcase arrived all bent and beat up. It gets the job done but it’s super cheap and gets damaged really quickly. The casing isn’t made from good material. I used it twice (checked once and carried on once) and it has a ton of scratches on it and the corners are bent. I would not recommend this product.

These are the perfect size carry-on. Wheels are smooth, zipper is substantially secure and the piece is not to heavy, I had it in another color and dragged it all over the world for 3 years with no issues. That one had zippered pockets in the mesh divider which was nice and this one doesn’t have

This suitcase is lightweight, sturdy, glides easily with roomy compartments. A very nice carry-on luggage.
