This suitcase seemed like a dream come true. It’s lightweight and moved easily through the airport with one hand. It was quite disappointing to see that the outer shell cracked deeply in two places the first time the bag was checked. Don’t waste your money!

Beautiful but heavy

I bought this product and used just once. During my trip on the way, I found that the luggage was cracked from the wheel and could not roll at all. I was having hard time during my travel. I tried to register the product and claim for the maintenance or repair and displayed as Out of warranty message and offered 10% discount promo code even though it was bought on December 2022.

This carry on is so cute! It’s the perfect size for quick trips and is light weight. It fits comfortably in over head compartments of airplanes as well as rolls well in the airport. I would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a hard shell carry on.

I took this to the middle east.....surpassed all expectations on strength and ease of use in airports and tight spaces. I was thrilled with it.

I ordered this luggage set awhile ago and only used it once for a trip to Hawaii. Went to use it again for the holidays and one of the wheels retracted back into the luggage and doesn’t maneuver well at all. That goes my high end luggage set
