After roughly 6 months of normal use, outer case split during air travel. This sort of defect/damage is apparently not covered by the warranty.

The handle is always stuck in the half up position and extends fully when necessary. This is the first trip Im taking with this suitcase and it is definitely not what I expected at this price point.

I have a trip planned for the end of June. My son liked it so much that he borrowed it to pack his daughters clothes in for a vacation.

This suitcase is the biggest size you can. Definitely plenty of room a week worth of travel. Great if you are an over packer

Its sturdy! I love it! Got a few scratches but clearly do to the roughness of the airport.

I purchased this luggage 2 month ago for my daughter. So far, it has held up and still looks great through the first vacation trip. And I hope it continues to work and look great for a long time to come. I purchased the extended warranty just in case something were to happen in the next few years.
