We used ONCE! Wife and I just got back from the hospital from having our first baby and we used this suitcase to pack things for the hospital stay. Top handle was broken! Screw stripped out and won’t screw back in. The threading is compromised on the handle. Very disappointed. Spent $88 on this suitcase and I am outside return window at this point. I sure hope they read this review. I will update if they reach out to me to resolve.

Ordered this for my 9 year old daughter for an international trip. It was light weight, rolled well and is such a cute color. It was a good value for the price!

I also found this out after purchasing. No idea how they make money when people are returning them, for this issue. Description not fixed for at least a month

Love this product and was everything it advertised it was!

I love this piece of luggage and we bought a larger version in a different color for my wife. It is light, durable and the wheels roll well. Interior lining allows us to separate clean and dirty clothes. I did have a small thread come loose in the zipper which led to a problem, but I am re-buying it because I’m sure that was rare and I could have easily fixed it early.

Great piece of luggage! I can’t belive how inexpensive it is for the quality. I have already taken it many places and it hasn’t let me down yet!
