Looks and sturdy - pleased

Great piece of luggage, however, the exterior will scratch very easily. I used it for one trip, when I flew. Had some scratches when I arrive at my designation and the return home, the scratches were worse.

Received damaged

Very nice but the 28” I ordered from Amazon is a totally different color than the 20” and 24” I ordered from Costco. American Tourister told me

This fit nicely into the overhead bin and was easy to pack and carry. The wheels are great and make it easy to turn and roll the suitcase. It survived at trip to Houston and had no scratches after being checked. It was a great suitcase to pack just as a carryon for a five-day trip.

The top handle broke with only 1 year of use. Was not expecting it to happen during a trip and had a hard time carrying it around. It was not like the suitcase was overfilled either.

Very attractive set with good carry on dimentions

I have the carry in version of this luggage and could not be happier with it. This one however was disappointing. I used it on one trip and both of the handles ripped off with under 50lbs of weight. Luckily the interior lining comes apart and you can screw the handles back on but it apparently had stripped the screw holes and came off again. Not the best impression.
