Wheel broke off all my first time using it.

Theyre not as good as they look! Thin material, you cannot pack too much in them because the handle cannot support picking up.. theyre flimsy and not well constructed and theres not support grip at the bottom, extended pull handle feels like stick its so thin and frail! Ill keep them because were in a rush last minute travel international. I pray they dont burst because this material is paper and cannot take a beating

I thought they were good bags until my third trip, as you can see in the pictures. One wheel broke into the body of the bag rendering it useless. I tried to submit a claim for warranty but it has very few locations that they want you to take bag to, I am not willing to drive two hours to pay $20 for that store to ship my bag to them for a so called 10-year warranty! I live in a capital city and not some random town or village. I shouldn’t have to drive two hours (one way, four hours round trip) for a warranty replacement. How does that count as a warranty?!

Beautiful finish on this product and plenty of space! Will be taking this baby and using it for my two girls for a 5 days, worth of clothing, trip. My seven year old played a prank & hid in this thing for 20 minutes. Very spacious!

I was really excited for this shiny new suitcase - I saw the deal and was super excited! The suitcase does work well, but considering I paid for the style and color, the damages made this a sad buy :( it works as luggage of course, but I hope I don’t find any more dings and damage.

I returned this because it came in a green color with purple flowers, not the white with rose gold flowers, as shown.

The handle did not extend. It did not come as scheduled, arriving the day before I left for my trip, so I could not send it back. I threw my back out on my trip having to lean down to wheel my suitcase around. Then, on the way home, the zipper broke in transit so my bag came down the luggage carousel with personal items spilling out. I
