The airlines tried to damage it . It did not scratch or dent only had mark where it had obviously been thrown or dropped off cart . Lots of room and within the measurement standards for the airlines. The wheels work great .

Unhappy with what I received. The luggage came in a manufacturers box inside a larger box for shipping. Neither the large shipping box nor the manufacturer box appeared to be damaged at all. I gave the luggage as a gift and when opened it had many scuffs and a dent. Very disappointed Christmas morning!!

Very poor quality.

The luggage looks nice and packs well. The wheels roll easily and handles go up and down smoothly. The problems started when I started checking the middle sized bag on plane trips. The case dented so bad one of the wheels doesn’t touch the ground anymore. A few other dents and scratches have appeared. This is after 2 round trip domestic flights. It’s not the American Tourister from the 70’s with the elephant standing on it.

The wheels on the 24 Spinner bag was not durable. Completely broke off while been moved on the road with a 46 pound load.
