> 3 dayEdited- After removing the black piece, I was able to get it to work. I washed it on gentle cycle and the black piece came off, which actually helped quite a lot. In fact, I am now ordering replacement mop heads so I have some extras. The instructions were not helpful, but I eventually figured it out.

Greater than one weekThis is such a great quality item. The mop head is very full and it cleans so easy. Just throw it in the washing machine. It came with an extra mop head. I liked it so much, I bought two more sets. The price was great and delivery was timely.

> 3 dayIt is smaller and lighter than I thought it would be and convenient because mop bucket is small, mop is on the small side and not heavy. It has a foot spinner to remove excess liquid. I purchased this because our dog lost her ability to walk Perfect for areas that need to be mopped frequently.

> 3 daywith this mop one does not need rubber gloves as it can be rung out without touching the head. I like it very much. Wind it up and put it to the side. Very convenient.

> 3 dayMop and components appear to be of good construction. There is a cushioned grip that works well to grip the mop when ringing it out. I also like the integrated ratchet that makes it easier to twist and hold in position when ringing it out. This also makes it nice to store after use.

> 3 dayI liked this. It was definitely better than I thought it was going to be. It takes using a few times to get the hang of it

> 3 dayFirstly, its advertised that the mop heads can be thrown through the wash- unfortunately you cannot. I found the descriptions wording to be extremely misleading about that. I go thru mops (& mop systems) like nobodys business with a lot of frequent and heavy use, and I spend unbelievable amounts of time (re)searching for very specific needs- and machine washable is 1 of the main 3. I think I had the mop parts in hand not even a minute before confirming that contradiction on the packaging. And yeah, theyre replaceable, plus it comes with a spare, but the handle at the base of the mop (which screws on/off the pole) is made of a fairly thick plastic that would destroy a washer, if not make a hell of a racket. And I imagine the yarn would knot on itself and bind up so it isnt even tempting to attempt. Of course, you can hand wash and air dry them... But you can & should do that with all your mops anyway, so it makes the removable head basically a moot point.

> 3 dayEasy to assemble. I like the lock in handle which makes it easy to twist, especially for someone with rheumatoid arthritis. The last brand I used was hard to wring.
