> 3 dayThe part holding the mop handle and mop pulled apart the first time I used it. Very cheaply made! Update: After I posted this review, the company contacted me and made this right! I would definitely buy from them again.

> 3 dayIt is smaller and lighter than I thought it would be and convenient because mop bucket is small, mop is on the small side and not heavy. It has a foot spinner to remove excess liquid. I purchased this because our dog lost her ability to walk Perfect for areas that need to be mopped frequently.

> 3 dayI was sad to see my overall experience wasn’t the same as most of the existing reviews but it’s still a decent mop. I think the price is great for what you get (mop handle and 2 mop heads) and it’s held up well in the 5 or so times I’ve used it thus far. My only major complaint was that the directions weren’t the most clear (I installed it incorrectly the first time) and due to the type of floors I have (painted concrete) the pad left scratches. I will continue to use it, might just take some adjustments.

> 3 dayFor the cost I really like it. Some of the one star givers just dont have enough smarts to use it correctly. I use it to mop up water in the garage this winter with the snow coming in with the car I could not knock of with a brush or stick. Our garage is heated so there is always a puddle of water from melting snow or just even from the rain. I also use it in my shop after using the snow blowers which again you cant get all the snow off so I mop it up using this mop and place it in a buck when done. Sure some water will remain but it works for me.

> 3 dayMe agrado en general el producto pero a la hora de exprimir resulta un poco duro de usar y en mi primer uso se desprendió el mapo de su base así que ya no funciona para exprimir y tengo que usar el repuesto, perdí uno.

> 3 daythis little mop works great and holds up, I have purchased this mop several times in the past ( years ago) and they are still going strong, I bought more as Im using them in different areas..easy to use and I thought the ratchet action that wrings them out wouldnt last long..I was wrong, I have twisted the mechanism quite tight and it hasnt broken yet...cleaning is easy just hold under a tub spout or sink and after a few squeezings they are pretty much clean...I washed an entire 2nd floor hard wood floor using a bucket and this mop does well and doesnt leave any streaking...I bought extra mop heads but havent needed them yet, i guess it depends on how dirty the floor is and with what...dont hesitate to buy one...and as final disclaimer..I do not represent the company or get any free merchandise in exchange for a good review.....

Greater than one weekThe mop mops great, that is true and I like the padding on the handle. It picks up dirt very well. After one use, the bottom of the mop head that allows the mop to be twisted, came completely loose from its base. After some investigation, located the issue and reattached the mop to the handle with a thick zip tie. (The manufacturer uses a very thin plastic plastic ring. My first reaction was to return it, But since I was able to address the issue myself, we have decided to keep it. It was a minor inconvenience, but an inconvenience nonetheless.

> 3 dayAnyone who has ever worked with a commercial grade mop and bucket appreciates a good mop and wishes they had one at home. Great system, fantastic value, well thought out and executed. Very absorbent soft mop head. Cool and effective wringing system that has some satisfying clicks that holds the twist as you spin the head while wringing it out. Use any bucket or washed out small garbage can as a mop bucket if you dont have one. Rinse and ring the mop head and use again at your leisure. Just throw the mop head in with the laundry it comes out beautiful. You even have an extra mop head to keep your system running longer.

> 3 daySo heres the thing..... you cant leave it in water after a day. The material tears and itll just be a regular mop. Also, the snap come off and its not possible to put back on so I suggest once its new and out the box dont use it yet. Get sturdy ribbon and go through each loop, tying the ribbon in a tight knot at the top and do the same at the bottom of the mop. This will ensure it from becoming a regular mop. Once its a regular mop I just dont see the point of using it.
